 If you look at advertisements while you're browsing the web, you might have seen some advertisements from auction sites like Beezid that look too good to be true. These auctions might advertise iPads selling for $20.69 or Canon Rebel Cameras selling for $36.04. You might think that there has to be a catch, and these auctions must be a scam, correct? Well, there is a catch, but many of these auctions are not scams.
When you think of online auctions, you probably think eBay. While you can definitely get some good deals if you know what you're looking for, you're not going to find new items that sell for this little. The reason that these sites, called penny auction sites, can sell items for so little is that they are not the same kind of auctions as eBay. On these sites, bids generally increase by a penny at a time, and you have to buy bids in advance. That's the catch.

USA Today recently printed an article about how people are falling for work at home scams due to the difficult economic times. About a year ago, I seemed to get one or two letters a day inviting me to join some "get rich quick" scheme. I know how these people that sign up for work at home scams feel. In 2008, our family made about $6500, according to our income tax returns. That's for a family of four. It's a good thing our house caught on fire that year; we lived off the insurance money for a while. As a homeschooling mom, I didn't want to abandon my kids to public school and day care, but I knew that we had to do something to bring in income. If I didn't know that these flyers coming in the mail were scams, I might have fallen for them. Fortunately, I was able to find legitimate work from home. I'd like to share some legitimate ways to make money with you today.

A couple of months ago, I ran into one of the best food books that I have ever read: The Diet Solution Program by Isabella De Los Rios. I kinda stumbled upon the book after viewing a video from Sean Croxton of UndergroundWellness.com. That book series, along with the information that I’ve been getting from Underground Wellness, has made me rethink food and nutrition.
