HYC Update

Not a great week this week. I gained 4.2 pounds! It must be water or something, because I know I did not consume an extra 14,700 calories over the last week (4.2 x 3500). So hopefully it will disappear in the next week.
Had three trips to the restaurant over the past week. My mil took us to Olive Garden. I took my meal and divided in half and only ate 1/2 of it at dinner, and the rest I ate the next day. Prior to going to the Olive Garden I spent 2 hours in the swimming pool swimming laps and playing with the kids.
Second restaurant trip dh took us to KFC and I had a Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich.
Third trip was today, we all went to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch. I got the lunch portion, and I divided that into two for two different meals. No cheesecake.
So while it hasn’t been the perfect week, it could have been worse. At least I’m dividing my food in half at restaurants. I don’t feel hungry doing it either.

Dividing your food in half is a good habit to get into! I need to work on that…

A little bit of sodium makes me retain water and pack on fake pounds, hopefully chugging some water will get you back to where you were and then some!

Yeah, I would guess that is water-related gain–or perhaps hormones-related or something. Do you have your own pool? I would love to have one but it’s not so practical here.
