Perilous Times

The Bible says that in the last days, perilous times will come.  We certainly are seeing difficult times.

An 8.0+ earthquake in the Pacific earlier today caused a tsunami in the Samoan Islands. Hawaii and California were spared, but at least 82 people were killed by the gigantic waves, and entire villages were wiped out in the process.

Meanwhile, things continue to heat up in Iran.

• A secret weapons facility was recently discovered in Iran. They could have enough material at this point to build a bomb.

• One of the most important people involved in Pakistan’s nuclear weapons program admitted to selling blueprints for a nuclear weapon to Iran.
• Iran has threatened that they could close off the Strait of Hormuz with their weapons.
• Diplomats believe that Iran could test nuclear weapons in six months.

Will Israel stand by and let Iran develop a nuclear bomb? I don’t think so. If Iran could test weapons in six months, then action is likely to happen soon.
