Do You Like Webkinz?

My parents came to visit us this spring. While they were up here, they decided to buy my daughter a Webkinz. I had heard about Webkinz before, but didn’t know what they were all about. She got a Pink and White Dog. Each Webkinz is a stuffed animal that comes with an online code where you can play with your stuffed animal online. We logged her into Webkinz World, using the secret code that came with her animal, and she started having fun online.

Webkinz looked like a lot of fun. So when I took my daughter to get another Webkinz with her birthday money, I got a Cherry Blossom Bird to get my own account. Sometimes we play the two player games together. I discovered that Webkinz is a fun way to connect with your child.

Some of my favorite Webkinz are the Pink Webkinz. I recently discovered that they make Webkinz Christmas Ornaments too. I think they’re adorable! They haven’t come out with the 2009 ornaments yet, but the 2008 ones can still be found on Amazon.com, even though they have been retired.

If you like Webkinz, which one is your favorite? I think there are too many cute ones to choose, but I like my Cherry Blossom Bird. The Webkinz Koala is going to be the Pet of the Month in December, I think I’ll pick one up. I’d like to get the retired Yellow Lab too.
