Get Ready to Doctor Yourself

The House passed the Health Care bill. While some people believe that means that they will be taken care of, I see it as the exact opposite. While it may not happen overnight, there will not be enough money to go around, and health care will one day be in short supply.

I think back to reading Little House on the Prairie. Back in those days, they had a community doctor who worked for chickens. Out on the prairie, they were pretty much on their own. Well, guess what. When this glorious health care experiment fails, and the government is unable to pay for all this care that they promise, that is where we will be. So get ready to start becoming your own doctor.

Perhaps a black market will develop for medicines. Or we can start learning how to use herbs like they did back in the old days. Because that’s where we’re headed. If our great-great grandparents could do it, so can we.
