Sigh… i gained 1.2 pounds in the last week.
I’ve been getting lazy with writing down everything that I eat. I think that’s why things are getting more difficult and I haven’t been losing weight consistently. I need to write down what I eat!

Not a great week this week. I gained 4.2 pounds! It must be water or something, because I know I did not consume an extra 14,700 calories over the last week (4.2 x 3500). So hopefully it will disappear in the next week.
