Companies seem to try to hire the least qualified person that they can get away with when hiring. It’s very easy to become “overqualified”. Perhaps if they would hire better quality people, they would get better quality results.

Many people are shouting bravely that the government can take their guns “out of their cold dead hands” or have the feeling that the United States is on the verge of another Civil War. If it is, it’s not going to be a good thing. When World War I and the Civil War began, people didn’t realize how awful it would be. They soon found out the horrible truth.

After the Civil War, it was great that slavery was ended, but not so good that State’s Rights were eroded. If Obama tries to punish the states too hard, we may end up revisiting the question of State’s Rights in the future.

The new book, The Harbinger, by Johnathan Cahn, describes how God has been trying to get our attention by warning us through Isaiah 9:10. We need to repent if we want God to withhold His judgement. Are we doing this? By the looks of the most popular books and movies, I think not.
